Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have previous experience selling vehicles and will deliver high quality customer service and become a consultant to each customer on finding the car that aligns perfectly with their dreams. This position will suit a salesperson that is OMVIC Certified and currently selling cars that would like to begin the next step towards self management. We are seeking an experienced automotive salesperson to join our team. automotive experience is essential, F&I experience is not necessary, we will train the right individual, however, the ability to understand the F&I department is crucial to the position.

We require an engaging, stimulating communicator, poised and capable of projecting enthusiasm, warmth and of motivating other people in person and over the Internet and telephone. You have a strong sense of urgency, initiative and competitive drive to get things done with an emphasis on working with people in the process. You understand people well and use that understanding effectively in influencing others to act.


Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to create and foster relationships with customers on the grounds of integrity, professionalism and honesty. Must have the ability to listen and ask appropriate questions to ensure the customer's needs are met in person and on Social Media Comfortable with compensation based on commission sales Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & closing sales Guest Service oriented Previous successful sales career with written stats to demonstrate this success OMVIC certified Required to have a clean & valid driver's license Close the sale of vehicles, ensuring completion of all relevant documentation. Promote new business, and contribute to company's customer base and referral network. Maintain focus on the customer experience throughout the sales process; Consistently and actively promote culture of exceptional customer service. Develop expert knowledge of all products and accessories, prices and key features of all our vehicles Impeccable paperwork. Available evenings and weekend, it's retail!
